Individual 9 frame spoiler review of a Thriller (x 3 each)

taken
in this thriller it shows an average girl next door, this gives the impression that the events happening in this film could happen to the viewer. The young girl, Kim, starring in this film alongside Liam Neeson, Is very close to her on screen father. They have a good relationship although he babies her greatly. At the start of the Film it is Kim's 16th birthday and her father buys her a karaoke set. this is an example of his naive views towards her, and it also gives the viewer an insite to how madonna like she is. in stark contrast to the later event of Kim being passed around in the underground sex trade. It is a typical 'damsel in distress' film.

At the beginning of the trailer the music is of an eery manor to build suspense. it is much like a hymn likely to be sung in a depressing situation such as a funeral or where someone has died. the quiet music is disrupted by a lightning strike and followed by a telephone ring to grab the viewers attention forecasting a dramatic event

Kim is mainly dressed in girly, rather covered up clothes showing her innocence. Brian (liam Neeson) is dressed all in black showing his un distinguishable appearance and also so that he fades into the crowd. Throughout the film, the lighting is dreary showing bad events are dawning. there is hardly any sunshine and the majority of inside scenes are relatively dim-Lit areas showing a typical Thriller feature

The Suspense is high all the way through the film as as Brian becomes closer to finding his daughter. However, Brian is shot at multiply times by multiple different people and still remains un-stratched. Although the film is put across in a serious manner, it has a rather cheesy ending where Kim is eventually found, which in the real world would be highly unlikely.

THE WOMAN IN BLACK
The Woman In Black is a Typical Gothic folk story Thriller about A Deceased woman. The scene is set brilliantly starting off with am empty wind sound, with pictures of wind-up children's toys, followed by a stereotypical creepy xylophone tune indicating the presence of bewitched children. Talking over the trailer is a Spine chilling nursery rhyme about a woman with an unknown motive. this make the viewer want to know more about the film to discover her grounds. In this film, that is the case. Set in the Edwardian Era, when folk typically believed in Ghosts and the Paranormal. Casts Costume and mannerisms fit the persona well. The film in general provides good jumpy scenes by making the climax unpredictable. the main setting, an empty, old, secluded house, Is a quality location for a Thriller. Where the main character is concealed and by oneself. The House is Situated in a  marsh with a tide indicating the idea of being trapped. in the Trailer the is a variety of clips sowing different events to entice the user, such as a fire, a child evolving from the ground and he main character hiding in a room.
overall it is a good thriller film displaying many thriller features.
